Delicious Halloween Popcorn Balls Recipe
We originally made Halloween Popcorn Balls as part of our Dessert Class (Virtual Learning due to Covid… more details to come.), but I have officially decided this isn’t fitting for our Dessert Class requirement of ‘must be easy for kids to make on their own.’ This is way too messy but still delicious so we highly recommend making it together with your kid(s).
As I was preparing ideas for the Dessert Class, I was trying to come up with some holiday and seasonal recipes. I remember a dear friend’s mom giving us Halloween Popcorn Balls. I reached out to my friend to ask for a recipe. She and her mom offered a few including one with marshmallow and one with corn syrup. I remember the popcorn balls having marshmallow.
So this recipe is a modification from my friend’s mom.
Warning! (Messy but yummy)
Although the ingredient list is pretty easy for this and the steps are simple, this does get messy So be prepared!
