Thanksgiving Oobleck
Oobleck with a Thanksgiving twist
Equipment
- Mixing bowl
- Measuring cups
Ingredients
- 3 cups Corn Starch
- 1/2 can Jellied Cranberry Sauce
- 1/4 cup Water
Instructions
- Add Corn Starch to a bowl
- Slowly add in the Cranberry Sauce and the Water, while mixing
Notes
You may need to add more or less water to achieve the desired consistency. Oobleck is a Non-Newtonian Fluid, which means it will act as a solid when acted upon with a lot of force, but turn liquid when not acted upon. In other words, it will be hard to stir or pick up quickly, but then will ooze back down when you hold it still. Great fun for kids!
